My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was large but lacked amenities, and despite being clean, it was not the most comfortable. On the bright side, the simple rooms were spotless, including the bathroom. The service was decent, offering dry cleaning and laundry options, although it could use some improvement. The location, while convenient for exploring downtown, was marred by its proximity to rough neighborhoods. The dining, although just standard buffet fare, was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a place with potential but room for enhancement.
The hotel met our needs perfectly, with clean but slightly dated rooms. The beds were comfortable, parking was free, and the wifi was a bit inconsistent. However, the lack of investments in new sheets, pillows, furniture, and art was noticeable. Despite being understaffed, the service was good, but there were some delays upon arrival.
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were good for a 2-star hotel-basic, clean, and spacious with plenty of towels and toiletries. However, the location was a bit unsettling with some questionable characters around, and it didn't feel very safe at night.
